The goal of INTOGREAT Coaching is to create a space to uncover what isn’t great, discover solutions, and set change in motion. This change may be in beliefs, mindset, strategy, responses, behavior, or all of the above.
Meet Aaron Rauch
Aaron loves serving people as they navigate life’s challenges and victories.
The last 30 years have been committed to this effort and, hopefully, the next 30 will be too!
A career in para-church and church ministry has been a life-giving training ground for impactful coaching service.
The best learning, though, has come from 27 great years of marriage to Laurie and the joy of parenting Isaac, Caleb, and Naomi.

We can’t recommend Aaron enough! He gave us so many tools for our marriage. We have known Aaron for quite a few years and he was such a role model to us growing up.
